Posted on 05/17/2022Hôpital Privé d'Evry is taking on the challenge of reducing bread waste this May.
As part of the eco-responsible month, to raise awareness among our patients and staff about food waste, we are starting a week-long collection of bread not eaten at each meal.
This study, conducted in partnership with Dupont Restauration SAS and the C2DS - Comité pour le Développement Durable en Santé, will enable us to quantify our food waste, and the aim is to use this data to implement corrective actions.
