Conditions of access to Hôpital Privé d'Evry to combat the pandemic

• A VACCINATION CERTIFICATE (with full vaccination schedule)

• or PROOF OF RECOVERY: POSITIVE TEST more than 11 days and less than 6 months old (RT-PCR or antigenic)

• or PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST less than 48 hours old (RT-PCR or antigenic)

THE HEALTH PASS IS MANDATORY (except in emergencies), for patients receiving scheduled care, their companions and visitors (For people over 18 from 09/08/21 and from 12 to 17 from 30/09/21).
